No. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is required to begin. Add a card during the trial to keep your subscription active when it ends — otherwise the account drops back to Free.
On paid plans, extra analyses are €1.85 each and are billed at the end of your monthly period. On Free, additional analyses are blocked until the next monthly reset. Meeting prep is always unlimited.
Yes. Change your plan or cancel from the billing portal at any time. Upgrades start a fresh billing period immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Application and database run in EU regions. Meeting audio is never stored at rest — it is transiently processed for transcription then deleted with retry and logging. Transcripts and derived analyses are stored in EU Postgres. Full details on the security page.
